Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept any item (with the exceptions of monogrammed, Made-to-Order, and altered shirts) for exchange or refund (please note we do not refund delivery charges) within 1 month from the date you received your order, provided it is in original condition and has not been worn or washed and all tags are still attached.*  We will always try and do the right thing in any situation where a customer is unhappy with our product or service. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service at or (02) 8068 8222 so that we can help you return the faulty item for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty, your shipping costs will be refunded.

* All sale items are non-refundable, unless received damaged or sent incorrectly.
