Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept any item (with the exceptions of monogrammed, Made-to-Order, and altered shirts) for exchange or refund (please note we do not refund delivery charges) within 1 month from the date you received your order, provided it is in original condition and has not been worn or washed and all tags are still attached.*  We will always try and do the right thing in any situation where a customer is unhappy with our product or service. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service at info@shirtbar.com.au or (02) 8068 8222 so that we can help you return the faulty item for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty, your shipping costs will be refunded.

* All sale items are non-refundable, unless received damaged or sent incorrectly.
