If any alterations or monograms are included in your order, please allow 5-7 working days to complete your order. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you to let you know.
For deliveries within Australia, we use the following courier companies: Hunter Express, TNT, Courier Please, or Australia Post.
We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for all orders within Australia with FREE delivery for all orders over $250. Delivery by a courier will require a signature of receipt, so we suggest you provide a work address for your convenience and ease of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier service will leave you a little note with instructions to organise an alternate time for delivery.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please make sure to include these during checkout.
We are happy to accept any item (with the exceptions of monogrammed, Made-to-Order, and altered shirts) for exchange or refund (please note we do not refund delivery charges) within 1 month from the date you received your order, provided it is in original condition and has not been worn or washed and all tags are still attached.*
We will always try and do the right thing in any situation where a customer is unhappy with our product or service. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service at email@example.com or (02) 9299 5958 so that we can help you return the faulty item for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty, your shipping costs will be refunded.
* All sale items are non-refundable, unless received damaged or sent incorrectly.
