Glenfiddich 15 Solera Single Malt Scotch Whisky 40% ABV (50ml)
Aged in European oak sherry casks and new oak casks, the whisky is mellowed in a large oak tun inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal.
NOSE Subtle sweet dried apricot and date notes come to the fore intermeshed with a delicate whiff of peat. Soft round entry.
PALATE Fruits are barely evident on the palate, being replaced by a vanilla and gently peated malt with a pleasant spicy burst.
FINISH Clean, dry vanilla malt.
